Elizabeth Sarofim is a senior competition and consumer lawyer. Elizabeth held senior roles at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and the Judicial Commission of NSW before entering private practice, ultimately becoming a Partner and Head of the Australian Competition practice at top tier national and global law firms. Elizabeth  has handled complex and high profile front and back end transactional, advisory, litigious and enforcement matters in the Federal Court, acting both for and against regulators. Elizabeth is also a Tribunal Member in NCAT’s Commercial and Consumer Division, the National Food and Grocery Code Supervisor and an adjunct Professor of Law and Business.
