Live Online Training - Available Now
Live Online Training is a web-based training system available to our customers. It is a quick, easy, efficient and convenient way to receive training from a Thomson Reuters Training Specialist.

Thomson Reuters Live Online training uses Cisco WebEx web conferencing software. You will be viewing a demonstration over the internet which will require you to install software on your computer. The audio portion is over the telephone.
What you will need:
- A computer or wireless device with an Internet connection
- An audio connection - either through your computer or telephone
The first time you join a Live Online session, your computer may prompt you to install ActiveX Controls or Java (a free download). You will need to install this program to attend the web meeting. You will also need to turn off any pop-up blockers on your web browser before logging onto the Web conference. This process may take 5-10 minutes depending on your internet connection. You may need to check with your network administrator to ensure you have access rights to install software.
