Linda Taylor has more than 15 years' experience in employment, industrial relations and work health and safety law in both private practice and in-house roles. Prior to joining Practical Law Australia, Linda held senior management positions with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, where she advised on a variety of matters, including termination of employment, transfer of business, and disciplinary and grievance investigations.

Sophie Bonnette was admitted to legal practice in 2012 and has over eight years of experience in employment, work health and safety, and industrial relations law. Her background includes private practice at firms such as Norton Rose Fulbright Australia and Henry Davis York, in house at Healius Ltd (an ASX-listed healthcare company), and at the Fair Work Commission. Sophie brings extensive experience across various industries  in all aspects of the employment relationship, including redundancy, transfer of business, and disciplinary and grievance processes.

Kirinya Khamsone joined Practical Law in 2022 from the Workplace Relations and Safety team at Holding Redlich, Brisbane, where she held the position of Senior Associate. She was previously employed at Brisbane firm CRH Law,  and as a Supreme Court judge’s associate.  She brings over 9 years’ experience as an employment lawyer to Practical Law, drawing on her broad experience in employment and industrial matters,  during which she acted for employer, employee and union clients.
