The ideal environment for legal professionals is one that provides all participants with equal pathways to success, regardless of their gender, family status, ethnicity or sexuality.
Achieving genuine diversity and inclusion (D&I) outcomes requires buy-in from all members of the legal profession, including clients. Ongoing dialogue and debate is needed to shape a more inclusive future for all New Zealand lawyers.
