Internationally recognised for his leading competition (anti-trust) expertise Russell V Miller AM is a partner with the Australian law firm, Minter Ellison and is head of the firm's Competition Group and also the firm’s Chairman. He is a non-Government advisor to the International Competition Network.
In 2005 Russell was made a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for his services to the legal profession.
In the Courts, Russell has represented clients in ACCC proceedings as well as conducting corporate litigation up to and including two appeals to the Privy Council.
