Description

Strata Titles New South Wales provides broad coverage of the legal principles of strata title law and practice in New South Wales. The inclusion of commentary relating to practice and procedure follows the sections of the Strata Schemes (Freehold Development) Act 1973 to assist in analysis and interpretation of the Act.

An extensive section provides checklists, diagrams and practical guidelines to the various procedures covered by the Act. To assist in current awareness there is a New Developments section covering Second Reading Speeches, Issues Papers, Explanatory Memoranda and Editor's notes alerting subscribers to case law which will be commented on in the subsequent update.
