Australasian Dispute Resolution (online and in looseleaf) is edited by Tania Sourdin, a Professor of Law at Monash University and the Director and Foundation Chair of the Australian Centre for Justice Innovation (ACJI). Tania is an experienced mediator, conciliator and adjudicator (and Tribunal Member) and has extensive specialist expertise in commercial dispute resolution. She is an international expert in the areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution and case management.
Tania also publishes, researches and practices extensively in the area of alternative dispute resolution and is the author of Thomson Reuters’ leading book Alternative Dispute Resolution, which is now in its 4th Edition (2012).
