Description

"Jessup's" covers the practice and policies of the South Australian Lands Titles Office. It is a guide to the preparation of commonly-encountered conveyancing instruments and the official registration requirements demanded by the Registrar-General. The service is designed to help prevent the unnecessary requisitioning of instruments prior to registration.

The Legislation Volume is a practical way of presenting paper information which covers commentary and legislation allowing the subscriber to read the commentary text and legislation side by side. This has also allowed us to add relevant legislation, for example, Strata Titles Act 1988, Strata Titles Regulations 2003, Strata Titles (Fees) Regulations 2001, Community Titles Act 1996 and Community Titles Regulations 1996 ,Workers’ Liens Act, Real Property (Registration of Titles) Act and Real Property (Commonwealth Titles) Act 1924.  To make sure that we provide more than raw legislation, we have cross–referenced from the Act to the relevant provisions in the associated Regulations.     

The selection of judgments for the specialist report series: Land Titles (Australia)Reports is made by Don Mackintosh along with the authors of land titles services in NSW and Queensland. The headnotes specifically written to complement the commentary volumes.
