Dedicated discussion of contemporary family law

This peer-reviewed journal takes an interdisciplinary approach to a broad range of family law issues, including child support, domestic violence, adoption, mediation, de facto relationships, child abduction and property settlement. A dedicated forum for the discussion of serious theoretical family law issues, Family Law Review also monitors emerging developments to family law practice.

In addition to a wide range of topical and analytical articles written by highly qualified and experienced authors, Family Law Review features regular sections including summaries of the latest cases, an update from the Australian Government’s Child Support Agency, dedicated sections on international family law developments and family dispute resolution, a section covering professional developments in family law, and book reviews.

The Journal is overseen by General Editors Dr Anthony Dickey QC and Dr Richard Ingleby, both leading family law practitioners.

The General Editors work with an Editorial Board of experienced practitioners and academics to provide extensive coverage of the major developments in family law.

Online, the Journal features links to judgments, legislation and other online publications, while allowing for individual articles to be downloaded in pdf format or received via RSS feed.

There are approximately four Parts published each year.
